About the role
- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop business cases, assess digital capabilities, and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment
- Support business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice
Requirements
- 6-8 years in top-tier consulting or a related field, with expertise in digital transformation
- Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings
- Demonstrated experience in building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts
- Strong track record in driving sales and achieving revenue targets
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum) and Dutch
- Willingness to travel as needed
