About the role

  • Drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company
  • Work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line
  • Take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company
  • Coach, develop and lead a small team
  • Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports
  • Design, develop, and manage program communications in a complex dynamic environment
  • Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 Years of Project Management experience
  • At least 2 Years of People Management experience
  • At least 1 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (Preferred)
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
  • At least 5 years of People Management experience (Preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
