Product Owner III within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Customer Data Management organization. Focus on managing the product backlog and customer requirements with Agile team collaboration.
About the role
- Build and maintain a cohesive tooling strategy for TWDC engineering teams
- Gather and analyze user requirements and usage data to optimize usage patterns
- Partner with Vendor Management Organization to align tooling with enterprise goals
- Partner with Finance to build out & manage against comprehensive financial forecasts for tool usage
- Right-size and streamline the portfolio of tooling to enable frictionless onboarding and improved developer experience
- Partner with security and engineering stakeholders to develop a comprehensive tool governance strategy
- Provide insights to executive leadership to empower informed decision making in the engineering tool space
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with software, quality, and systems reliability engineering teams, with a minimum of 1 year in management
- Experience working with tools across the SDLC (source code management, CI/CD, observability) tool space
- Comprehensive understanding of DevOps best practices
- Ability to communicate articulately and effectively across a diverse stakeholder population
- Experience managing large and complex financial budgets
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Certifications with AWS, Azure, or GCP (Nice To Haves)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
