About the role

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of Coaching and Internship programs.
  • Manage program performance metrics, evolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee a large operational budget, including reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with DAN Regional Directors, Regional Oversight Leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support leadership onboarding and contribute to agent recruitment strategies.
  • Foster a culture of learning, development, and accountability through effective coaching and communication.
  • Interact with Agents to gain insight on the service offer and plan for enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of nine years of relevant experience
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire
  • Experience interacting with DAN Agents
  • Advanced knowledge of the of DAN
  • Advanced knowledge of sales principles and experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Action oriented, Business insight, Collaborates, Communicates effectively, Customer Focus, Differences, Ensures accountability, Nimble learning
