About the role

Responsibilities

- Interact with Agents to gain insight on the service offer and plan for enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of nine years of relevant experience
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire
- Experience interacting with DAN Agents
- Advanced knowledge of the of DAN
- Advanced knowledge of sales principles and experience in a sales-driven environment
