About the role
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of Coaching and Internship programs.
- Manage program performance metrics, evolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee a large operational budget, including reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with DAN Regional Directors, Regional Oversight Leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support leadership onboarding and contribute to agent recruitment strategies.
- Foster a culture of learning, development, and accountability through effective coaching and communication.
- Interact with Agents to gain insight on the service offer and plan for enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of nine years of relevant experience
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire
- Experience interacting with DAN Agents
- Advanced knowledge of the of DAN
- Advanced knowledge of sales principles and experience in a sales-driven environment
