Requirements
Completed relevant qualification (e.g., psychotherapy, specialized social care, disability pedagogy, etc.).
Several years of experience supporting people with complex mental health needs.
Management experience is an advantage.
Ability to assess complex situations, provide orientation, and constructively address ambivalence.
Maintain responsibility and structure, and reliably accompany development processes.
