• Manager, Financial Reporting for Core Operations at Pfizer handling financial schedules and analytics. Collaborating globally and ensuring financial data integrity and reporting effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze schedules in the Monthly Flash Package (P&L reporting)
• Participate in and assist in preparing minutes of pre-quarter Controllers meetings, monthly BU Finance meetings and quarterly Earnings meetings
• Support the preparation of the quarterly Balance Sheet Analysis Package
• Provide robust/value-added analysis of balance sheet activity
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve data quality or process efficiency
• Support the preparation of the quarterly Cash Flow Statement and Disclosures
• Prepare analysis of FCCS webform data
• Drive and/or participate in special projects related to business acquisitions and divestitures
• Prepare select financial statement and footnote disclosures for inclusion in external filings 10K/Q
• Review and/or prepare metrics over financial reporting for Senior Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting capacity; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting capacity; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting capacity; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience in an accounting or financial reporting capacity
• Competency with Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), or other financial reporting/consolidation software is a plus
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize demands effectively
