About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze schedules in the Monthly Flash Package (P&L reporting)
- Participate in and assist in preparing minutes of pre-quarter Controllers meetings, monthly BU Finance meetings and quarterly Earnings meetings
- Support the preparation of the quarterly Balance Sheet Analysis Package
- Provide robust/value-added analysis of balance sheet activity
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve data quality or process efficiency
- Support the preparation of the quarterly Cash Flow Statement and Disclosures
- Prepare analysis of FCCS webform data
- Drive and/or participate in special projects related to business acquisitions and divestitures
- Prepare select financial statement and footnote disclosures for inclusion in external filings 10K/Q
- Review and/or prepare metrics over financial reporting for Senior Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting capacity; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting capacity; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting capacity; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience in an accounting or financial reporting capacity
- Competency with Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), or other financial reporting/consolidation software is a plus
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize demands effectively
