Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and sound business decision support to leaders through proper financial analysis, collaboration and good thinking
- Support the overall capital budget planning process and tracking of capital spend
- Ownership of the FP&A planning system, supporting data management, system enhancements, and partnership with IT on overall maintenance
- Promote communication and collaboration between the operational departments and other workgroups
- Analyze profitability trends
- Perform ad hoc analysis requested by senior management
- Partner in creating and maintaining forecasts and long term planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, a quantitative field, or related area; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- Five (5) years of budgeting and/or analytical experience
- Experience querying large data sets using Structured Query Language (SQL) and using analytical tools such as Tableau
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Comfortable making presentations to senior leadership
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
