Responsibilities
Responsible for enhancing & maintaining the Enterprise Investments framework
Analysis, prioritization, and reporting on technology development, marketing, strategic personnel additions, and branch/franchise investments
Drive the framework, analysis, reporting, decision making for (expense & capital) investment across the corporation to align with and recommend change to longer-term strategic priorities
Provide Sr. Leadership, segment CFOs and administrative groups with investment prioritization framework in an understandable & actionable format
Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial processes and create solutions for data needs in a changing reporting environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Engineering
12 or more years of finance or risk management experience
MBA in Finance or Accounting preferred
CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MS Excel
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels
Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
