About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis related to third-party contract manufacturing
- Lead monthly financial close activities, prepare financial reports, and analyze results
- Track and analyze manufacturing costs, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance
- Support contract negotiations with CMOs and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
- 8 + years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or operations finance, preferably in a manufacturing or CMO environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, inventory accounting, and supply chain finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
