About the role

  • Customer Development Manager for Pernod Ricard, driving growth and visibility for premium brands across key accounts. Building relationships and managing sales programs in a dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for key on-premise accounts
  • Drive portfolio performance through sales programs and brand-specific initiatives
  • Increase brand visibility through point-of-sale materials and consumer sampling
  • Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Manage budgets and track sales activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in alcohol beverage or consumer goods industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 30%
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and using digital tools for reporting
