About the role

• Analista Controle e Gestão de Perdas at Loggi, focusing on Last Mile logistics operations in São Paulo. Collaborating with operations teams to prevent losses through analysis and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze risks across the entire logistics journey, with a focus on Last Mile operations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify causes of losses and propose changes to business rules.
• Design and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to loss prevention in Last Mile.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, and Data teams to develop systemic solutions, leading internal projects related to loss prevention.
• Manage treatment rules for offending couriers/delivery partners.
• Act as the team's focal point for loss prevention projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in Last Mile operations (preferably in e-commerce or technology companies).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis, metrics, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, advanced Excel, Looker, Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience in complex, large-scale operations, with business acumen and understanding of financial impact.
• Strong communication skills to translate analyses into strategic, actionable recommendations.
• Investigative, structured, and results-oriented profile.
• Availability for hybrid work in the Avenida Paulista area.
