Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field of study, including STEM
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role within logistics and ERP transformations
- Experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management, and leading a highly matrixed collaborative team
- Experience must include SAP or other ERP software
- Semiconductor logistics experience preferred
- Master's degree or higher preferred
