About the role

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, platform, and other owned channels.
  • Design and optimize automated campaigns, including onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, churn prevention, and loyalty programs.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Own segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies to deliver highly relevant and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to identify opportunities for lifecycle interventions and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and experimentation to improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and retention metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy regulations in all communications.
  • Stay current with lifecycle marketing trends, tools, and best practices, proactively applying them to our programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in an international fintech or SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalization techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in managing automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention, win-back).
  • Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools to assess performance and drive optimization.
  • Experience running experiments and interpreting results to improve customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., for personalization, workflow automation) to improve efficiency and scale impact.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
