Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete documentation (diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, case notes) per company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to address community gaps in care.
- Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Coordinate services with families, case managers, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Additional duties as needed to support our goals of providing quality, accessible therapy that pays therapists well!
Requirements
- Licensed mental health professional in Tennessee preferred, we will consider post-masters individuals who are working towards their license.
- Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults preferred.
- Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools is a plus.
- Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation is preferred.
- A sense of humor is definitely a plus.
