About the role

  • Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health providing creative and compassionate mental health care in a hybrid environment. Collaborating with clients and team to improve access to quality mental health services in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff as needed
  • Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Participate in outreach activities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LCADC etc.)
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
