About the role
- Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health providing creative and compassionate mental health care in a hybrid environment. Collaborating with clients and team to improve access to quality mental health services in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff as needed
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Participate in outreach activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LCADC etc.)
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
