Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to fee earners and the wider team.
Assisting with matter opening, billing, and general file management.
Supporting fee earners and getting involved in legal work where appropriate.
Acting as team cover and providing float support across departments as needed.
Managing and maintaining case management systems and ensuring data accuracy.
Supporting with the coordination of client-related documents and correspondence.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or Team Assistant role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
Good IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience using case management systems.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade 5/C or above), including English Language and Maths.
