Preparing and submitting expense reports
Supporting the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations
Managing RPVA systems (e-Barreau and e-Carpa) for service of pleadings notifications, filing documents, scheduling hearings, managing funds, and renewing e-barreau keys
Organizing travel and business trips
Drafting and formatting legal documents, including summonses, motions, and procedural pleadings
Transcribing dictations and handling correspondence with courts and legal parties
Maintaining hearing calendars, preparing briefs and trial bundles, and supporting case file organization
Conducting legal research and collaborating with lawyers to prepare cases
Requirements
Previous experience in legal and administrative roles, preferably in a law firm
Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Autonomous approach with the ability to manage workload effectively
Proficiency in English, with professional written and verbal communication skills
