Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate and civil litigation.
Drafting all pleadings and court documents for the portfolio;
Negotiating and executing settlements;
Updating the firm's and client's case management systems;
Monitoring case progress and court proceedings;
Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.
Requirements
Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
Law degree (required); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred;
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
Strong writing skills and legal reasoning;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
Oral and written communication skills;
Consistent attendance and reliability.
