About the role

• Legal Partner managing real estate and civil law matters at vezzilapolla.legal, responsible for case management and court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate and civil litigation.
• Drafting all pleadings and court documents for the portfolio;
• Negotiating and executing settlements;
• Updating the firm's and client's case management systems;
• Monitoring case progress and court proceedings;
• Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

Requirements

• Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
• Law degree (required); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred;
• Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
• Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
• Strong writing skills and legal reasoning;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
• Oral and written communication skills;
• Consistent attendance and reliability.
