Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal support within the Aviation Finance Practice Group
- Assist solicitors and partners in managing complex transactions, drafting documentation
- Ensure compliance with Irish and international aviation finance regulations
- Assist in the management of aircraft financing, leasing, and sale transactions
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution of deals
- Draft and review transaction documents including lease agreements and financing contracts
- Prepare conditions precedent checklists and manage document execution
- Provide clear communication throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with Irish aviation law, international treaties, and EU regulations
- Assist with aircraft registration and deregistration processes
- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Support billing and matter management systems
Requirements
