About the role

  • Own product vision, strategy, and execution for the Onboarding Operations product area.
  • Lead other Product Owners and single-threaded product teams, providing subject and line management leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Security, Compliance) and senior stakeholders to optimise onboarding processes.
  • Improve operational workflows by simplifying, refining, automating, and reducing errors.
  • Support operations and back office teams by identifying opportunities to simplify workload and increase efficiency.
  • Drive measurable impact on client satisfaction, resolution times, and process efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholders, secure alignment, and influence cross-company initiatives.
  • Mentor product teams and foster a high-performance, customer-driven culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product leadership within fintech, banking or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with global Financial Services onboarding regulations (UK, EU, MENA).
  • Strong understanding of customer insight and analytics, with the ability to convert raw data into actionable roadmap priorities.
  • Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on knowledge of onboarding, ID&V platforms, and global financial regulations.
  • Technical aptitude, allowing to comfortably engage in design and engineering discussions at depth.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver impact.
  • Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and providing leadership in both subject and line management domains.
