Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to set design direction across key areas
- Deliver solutions that serve millions of users worldwide
- Translate data insights and research into experiences that drive retention, viewing time, and customer satisfaction
- Create process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that set the bar for usability and craft
- Partner with product teams to design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests that validate assumptions
- Coach and support designers at multiple levels, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence across the team
- Ensure documentation and specifications are thorough, consistent, and ready for seamless handoff to engineering and QA
- Advocate for user needs in strategic conversations, ensuring every solution is ethical, delightful, and impactful
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end design initiatives
- Experience mentoring designers, providing critique, and fostering a culture of craft and collaboration
- Deep understanding of streaming and subscription ecosystems
- Strong foundation in interaction, visual, and motion design principles
- Portfolio showcasing multi-platform design work (CTV, Web, Mobile) with measurable impact on user experience and business outcomes
- Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, usability testing, and experimentation frameworks (A/B, MVT, etc.)
- Expertise with Figma and modern prototyping tools
