About the role
- Lead Platform Engineer responsible for technical development of Allvue Everest platform for PGIM Private Capital. Collaborating with stakeholders and providing expert support for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and enhancement initiatives for the Allvue Everest platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert-level support for platform issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Create/support key business processes, related dashboards, and interactive reports via Allvue Everest.
- Create generic API’s to allow data flows from Allvue Everest to/from internal databases.
- Utilize knowledge of the Everest platform to determine and implement best-fit and maintainable solutions for internal business partners.
- Design and implement scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Participate in the architecture and system design discussions.
- Work in a team environment with product, frontend design, production operation, QE/QA and cross functional teams to deliver a project throughout the whole software development cycle.
- Participate in code review to make sure standards and best practices are met.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for platform configurations and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and 4+ years of experience as System Administrator / Data developer.
- Strong, hands-on experience working with the Allvue Everest platform, including custom development as well as built-in system configuration options.
- Strong programming experience with .Net and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of data ingestion pipeline in AWS and knowledge of ETL/ELT.
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and tactful manner.
- Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
- Comfortable voicing opinions and making recommendations for process improvements.
