About the role
- Lead Engineer in Electrical Engineering managing large-scale battery storage projects for renewable energy. Coordinating technical planning and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Du koordinierst Fachplaner, Objektplaner und externe Ingenieurbüros im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- Du prüfst technische Planungen, Zeichnungen und Berechnungen für Batteriespeicheranlagen (100 MW+) und gibst diese frei
- Du begleitest die Bauausführung und Inbetriebnahme vor Ort, analysierst Fehlerquellen und leitest Optimierungen ein
- Du überwachst Projektfortschritt, Qualität, Kosten und stellst die Einhaltung von Budgets und Zeitplänen sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams, Behörden, Netzbetreibern und Gutachtern zusammen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass technische Standards, Normen und regulatorische Vorgaben konsequent eingehalten werden
Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Energieinfrastruktur, Batteriespeicher oder Anlagenbau mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement (VOB/B, HOAI)
- Du kennst Dich mit Netzanschlussprozessen und relevanten Normen (z. B. VDE-AR-N 4110/4120/4130) bestens aus
- Du bist flexibel, reisebereit und hast Freude an dynamischen Projekten
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
