Responsibilities
- Design and develop useful, high-performing, and sustainable digital products
- Ensure a steady pace and high quality of delivery for your project
- Lead and motivate your team, make context-appropriate technical decisions, and mentor Software Engineers in their growth
- Design scalable and resilient architectures (clear, shared architecture diagrams)
- Write precise specifications to enable bug-free feature development
- Implement a quality strategy based on Clean Code, automated testing, and code reviews
- Maintain a structured working environment using 5S principles (organization, clarity, efficiency)
- Participate in project routines (backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, ceremonies) and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of development experience
- Strong command of web architectures (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, deployment) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make sound technical decisions, and ensure a high standard of code quality
- Experience coaching and supporting developers while staying hands‑on with technology (continuous learning, coding, pair programming)
- Value-driven mindset with a solid understanding of clients' business challenges
