About the role

  • Lead analytics strategy for enterprise clients at Valtech, building KPI frameworks, implementing analytics platforms, and guiding experimentation and personalisation to drive channel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital analytics strategy for enterprise clients, defining KPI frameworks and enablement plans
  • Implement analytics platforms and create digital analytics enablement plans to make product teams more data-driven
  • Guide clients in embedding data into product development and decision-making to ensure digital platforms deliver measurable business value
  • Shape experimentation and personalisation strategies to support direct channel growth and customer engagement
  • Contribute to RFPs and new business pitches; build differentiating proposals and demonstrate solution value via business cases and proofs of concept
  • Develop digital analytics roadmaps, recommend best-fit product analytics solutions, and guide platform setup and enablement
  • Identify broader data opportunities including advanced analytics, data science, and foundational data platforms
  • Act as trusted partner for client product, marketing, and data leaders; collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent Valtech at events and workshops

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in digital and product analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics / CJA, GA4, Contentsquare, Fullstory, Quantum Metric, Qualtrics, DataDog, Similarweb, Power BI
  • Solid understanding of experimentation and personalisation tools (notably Adobe Target, Optimizely) with proven experience applying them to conversion optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, data strategy, and digital analytics enablement
  • Familiarity with modern data and analytics architectures (tag management, server-side tagging, privacy & consent management, BI integration)
  • Strong consulting and storytelling skills: able to turn complex data into clear business impact
  • Proven ability to interact with C-level and product leadership (CPO, CMO, CDO, CIO)
  • Active curiosity and awareness of emerging trends in product analytics, experimentation, and digital optimisation
  • Passion for data, digital products, and helping organisations maximise the value of their owned channels
