About the role

  • Banking Consultant providing financial solutions and seamless customer experiences within retail banking. Collaborating within a team to drive customer engagement and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless branch experience by supporting customers across transactions, conversations, and digital banking.
  • Work collaboratively, role‑model great service, and coach peers.
  • Drive stronger customer engagement, advocacy, and value.
  • Support and participate in bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take ownership of customer risk awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and branch procedures.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound understanding of compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
