About the role
- Lead Product Owner managing SFR Portfolio Mortgages for Ocwen, a non-bank mortgage servicer. Collaborating with teams to define product strategy and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap for SFR Portfolio Mortgages, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and user needs
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to design and delivery
- Act as the subject matter expert for SFR mortgage products, translating business requirements into actionable product features.
- Drive implementation of REALSynergy and integration with legacy Ocwen systems to support SFR workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, mortgage servicing/origination domains
- Deep understanding of SFR mortgage products, portfolio lending, and real estate finance.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital products and managing software development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with REALSynergy, Altisource platforms, or similar mortgage servicing systems is highly preferred.
