About the role
- Managing implementation projects for OPHEO transport management software solutions with customer modifications. Delivering workshops and trainings to enhance software usage for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical and organizational aspects of ongoing implementation projects for our OPHEO transport management software.
- Configure OPHEO to meet individual customer requirements.
- Deliver workshops and training to ensure our customers can use the software effectively.
- Design and implement customer-specific data interfaces and reports.
- Provide telephone-based support to our customers for the use of OPHEO and coordinate any follow-up actions.
- Advise customers and prepare quotes for expansion or customization requests.
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in IT, Logistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or possess an equivalent qualification.
- You are enthusiastic about complex software solutions, are IT-savvy, and always act with a customer-focused approach.
- You remain friendly and communicative even in stressful situations and present yourself in a professional, confident manner.
- You plan and manage complex tasks independently, carefully, and with a results-oriented approach.
- You have business-fluent German, English, and French language skills.
- SQL knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
