About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor student satisfaction across all student journeys;
- Evaluate satisfaction indicators (NPS and CSAT) and performance metrics (KPIs);
- Identify opportunities to improve report generation and create new indicators;
- Perform data analysis to generate insights and identify root causes of student dissatisfaction;
- Develop action plans to improve NPS and CSAT, participating in squads that work on improvement initiatives;
- Closely follow process and NPS improvement projects, acting as PMO;
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive reporting in Student Experience forums;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields;
- Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint;
- Advanced Excel;
- Desired:
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI and dashboard development;
- Experience in customer experience;
- Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies;
- Knowledge of AI for creating agents;
- Knowledge of Office 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint);
