About the role

  • Support all stages of the employee offboarding process, including calculation of termination settlements, preparation of documentation, and monitoring legal procedures.
  • Assist with contract review and communication with departing employees.
  • Perform other administrative activities related to the termination process.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Experience reviewing termination documents and calculating termination settlements.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
  • Organized, with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
