- Junior Operations Analyst supporting the Institutional Sales team in Taipei, combining operational execution with reporting and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to support the Institutional Sales team.
- You will handle client account requests, reporting, and data integrity checks, while also building Salesforce reports, Tableau dashboards, and process automations that improve efficiency.
- Working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth client support and scaling operational excellence.
- Conduct regular Salesforce data integrity checks to ensure consistency across systems.
- Maintain trackers and operational records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or sales support (fintech/finance background preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce reporting required.
- Familiarity with Tableau (or other BI tools) strongly preferred.
- Interest or experience with workflow automation (Slack workflows, macros, scripts).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
