Responsibilities
Handle client account requests, reporting, and data integrity checks.
Build Salesforce reports, Tableau dashboards, and process automations.
Conduct regular Salesforce data integrity checks.
Maintain trackers and operational records.
Prepare and distribute recurring institutional reports.
Build and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards to track client trading performance.
Support Tableau dashboard development for client activity.
Monitor and analyze client trading volumes and account performance.
Deliver ad-hoc reporting and insights to sales and account managers.
Maintain and optimize Slack workflows and other automation tools.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions for automation.
Document updated processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Partner with account managers, compliance, data, and finance teams.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or sales support (fintech/finance background preferred).
Strong organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce reporting required.
Familiarity with Tableau (or other BI tools) strongly preferred.
Interest or experience with workflow automation (Slack workflows, macros, scripts).
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
