About the role

  • Apply analytical and logical thinking to audience research and to define strategies for campaigns;
  • Analyze campaign efficiency, measure results and generate insights to optimize performance;
  • Support the commercial team in client meetings, providing strategic and technical assistance;
  • Prepare and send weekly performance reports, ensuring deadlines and targets are tracked;
  • Manage, optimize, and measure workflows and requests across the client portfolio;
  • Monitor market trends to refine strategies and identify opportunities;
  • Continuously study the area's products, contributing to improvements and strategic alignment;
  • Analyze consumer behavior to propose solutions and support the development of new products or services;
  • Monitor and control the area's billing, ensuring efficient management of client and partner revenue.

Requirements

  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Experience creating and managing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Ad Manager, and programmatic platforms (preferred);
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to improve strategies;
  • Familiarity with Google platforms such as Ad Manager, Analytics, Ads, and Data Studio;
  • Experience working or having worked in digital marketing agencies focused on campaign performance;
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
