Junior Marketing Automation Consultant for PwC's team, focusing on configuring marketing platforms and building customer journeys. Collaborate with teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
Work in the system: configuration and customization of Salesforce and/or Adobe Marketing Automation platforms based on project scope
Analysis of Client business requirements, designing solutions and implementing them in the system
Building emails, landing pages, customer journey flows and segments
Writing documentation for the solutions you created and demoing them to Client
Working with other teams involved in the projects (CRM stream, data stream, web stream, testers etc.)
Upskilling and certification
Requirements
Experience with Email Marketing
A good understanding of current digital marketing guidelines and trends
A strong desire to learn new technologies and develop your skills
Interest in Marketing Automation solutions, especially within the Salesforce and Adobe environment
Solid basics in HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript
Excellent command of both English and Polish
Knowledge of Marketing Automation best practices (Nice to have)
Experience in Marketing Automation solutions (Salesforce or Adobe would be a plus)
