About the role

  • Assist in the design and production of digital and print assets, including presentations, social media graphics, email templates, marketing collateral, photo headshots, infographics, data visualizations, and SharePoint page design.
  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
  • Prepare design files for internal review, client presentation, and final delivery
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
  • Edit and revise existing creative assets based on feedback
  • Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a graphic design or related role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Suite (Power Point mostly)
  • Strong eye for design, typography, color, and layout
  • Basic understanding of design principles and branding
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with web or UI design
  • SharePoint Skills
  • Portfolio showcasing design work
  • Basic coding knowledge is a plus.
