About the role

  • Financial Analyst handling accounts receivable processes including billing and client follow-ups. Collaborating with commercial teams and ensuring accurate financial document management.

Responsibilities

  • Active collection from the company's strategic clients;
  • Monitoring and control of customer delinquency. Meetings with commercial teams to provide visibility and support collections;
  • Preparation of relevant reports for the area;
  • Issuing, sending and controlling invoices, boletos (payment slips) and other billing documents;
  • Analyze and explain payment postings recorded in the system, ensuring the accuracy of information;
  • Support activities related to discounts, extensions and agreements received from customers;
  • Support the accounts receivable team with month-end closing activities;
  • Handle internal requests and assist customers with inquiries related to invoices and payments;
  • Liaise with partner departments to resolve outstanding issues and improve processes;
  • Structure and present key performance indicators to management for the activities performed, identifying opportunities and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
