About the role
- Financial Analyst at Zamp handling financial documentation and ensuring timely payments. Supporting monthly closures and interacting with various departments for audits and discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Record and track invoices, tax receipts and proof of rental charges and fees (IPTU, condominium fees, insurance, utilities, etc.);
- Verify due dates and adjusted amounts, ensuring payments are made on time;
- Schedule payments in the financial system to avoid fines and interest;
- Support the monthly closing process for the area with expense reconciliations;
- Review lease contracts to validate amounts, adjustment indices (IGPM, IPCA or other) and specific terms;
- Update spreadsheets to track due dates and adjustments;
- Respond to inquiries from property owners, real estate agents or property managers regarding payments, receipts and postings;
- Coordinate with finance, accounting, legal and facilities teams to resolve outstanding items;
- Assist with investigations in cases of discrepancies in amounts or due dates;
- Keep physical and digital files organized (contracts, receipts, spreadsheets), ensuring traceability of information for internal and external audits;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of lease contracts and adjustment indices;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, experience with accounts payable systems and document verification;
- Preferable experience in budget control and supplier/lessor relationships;
- Interest and openness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
