About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation of bank statements and accounting records to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of balances.
- Analyze financial transactions to identify errors, irregularities, or suspicious activity.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between accounting records and bank statements.
- Perform reconciliation of bank and accounting accounts to ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Prepare reports and analyses on bank reconciliations and financial transactions for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve bank reconciliation processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with accounting, treasury and other departments to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related fields
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site)
- Residence in Campinas or surrounding area
