About the role

  • Perform reconciliation of bank statements and accounting records to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of balances.
  • Analyze financial transactions to identify errors, irregularities, or suspicious activity.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between accounting records and bank statements.
  • Perform reconciliation of bank and accounting accounts to ensure the integrity of financial records.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on bank reconciliations and financial transactions for management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve bank reconciliation processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with accounting, treasury and other departments to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related fields
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site)
  • Residence in Campinas or surrounding area
