Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the customer portfolio, carrying out collection processes in accordance with the rules of each segment;
- Receive and approve billing requests, reviewing payment documentation and/or guarantees;
- Act proactively to resolve customer billing and credit issues;
- Reconcile financial and accounting information, performing monthly closings for customers and bank balances;
- Prepare management reports, delinquency reports and allowance for doubtful accounts (PDD);
- Register products with BNDES;
Requirements
- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Controllership, or related fields;
- Basic Excel;
- Knowledge of Financial Mathematics;
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Differentials:
- Knowledge of SAP (financial transactions);
- Proficiency in English or Spanish;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Experience in credit and collections;
- Knowledge of BNDES registration processes.
