About the role

  • Design and deliver digital learning content across various platforms
  • Interview requestors, conduct needs analysis and align on expected results
  • Develop and design e-learning/training material, learning paths and customized curriculum aligned with brand identity
  • Execute projects using Agile methodology, meeting quality standards and timelines
  • Collaborate with corporate stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts throughout project duration
  • Ensure developed learning solutions meet expected outcomes
  • Use business and design insights to optimize content creation processes
  • Explore and implement new tools for creating learning materials

Requirements

  • Experienced with content creation tools: BOOST, Adobe After Effects, Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and others
  • Aware of basic design principles and graphic design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative in designing engaging and effective learning content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with trends and technologies in content design
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
