Responsibilities
Manage the entire contract lifecycle in SAP — from creation and maintenance to timely updates.
Maintain accurate pricing and billing data in close coordination with the sales and accounting teams.
Act as the operational interface between sales, field service and accounting — including clear communication of SAP-related processes and tools.
Support daily SAP-SD (Sales and Distribution) operations, including contract workflows and issue resolution.
Enter and update prices in SAP based on information from the sales team.
Handle and resolve contract-related complaints with ownership and commitment.
Act as the “SAP translator” for non-technical colleagues — explain systems and tools in a clear and accessible way.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
1–2 years of experience in contract management.
1–2 years of experience working with SAP systems.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of the SAP-SD module is an advantage.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
Strong communication skills — able to explain complex systems clearly.
Team player with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to take responsibility.
German (C1+) and English (C1+).
