About the role
- SAP S/4HANA BRIM Consultant providing technical expertise in billing and revenue solutions. Working with clients on complex application design and implementation in a consulting capacity.
Responsibilities
- Study and understand our client’s current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality, which is largely done in a proprietary system
- Study and understand our client’s desired Billing and Revenue functionality for the new solution
- Act as our client’s BRIM subject matter expert and represent our client in meetings and workshops, and work with the SI team to ensure our client’s needs are met
- Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to our client’s leadership with enough details for our client’s leadership to decide on how to proceed
- Reviews SI’s documentation on behalf of our client and advises our client’s IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation
- Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 8-12 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP FI-CA & Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- More than 3 successful SAP BRIM implementation experiences in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape
- Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center-based back office is highly desired
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a bachelor’s degree in technology from a recognized university
