About the role
- Junior Consultant managing recruitment processes for clients in Technology and Manufacturing sectors. Collaborating with advisors and management to support hiring initiatives in Munich office.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the entire operational recruiting process, from search strategy to personalized outreach and communication with candidates
- Analyze and select markets, companies and candidates based on systematic search strategies
- Create target company lists and required project documentation
- Work closely with consultants and management on mandates
- Schedule and participate in interviews
- Proactively research, identify and approach potential candidates through various recruiting channels
- Document project progress and provide regular reporting
- Participate in project briefings and regular team meetings
- Maintain the CRM tool
Requirements
- You are at the start of your studies, whether Bachelor or Master, or your studies are successfully nearing completion / you have already completed them
- You are an analytical personality, curious and ready to successfully familiarize yourself with a wide range of markets
- You have a strong commitment to quality in your work and consistently implement it
- You impress with excellent communication skills, a sense of humor and a quick grasp
- You carry out your daily work independently, systematically and efficiently and also show initiative and creativity when solving tasks/problems
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and good written and spoken English complete your profile
