About the role

  • Management of low-risk third parties for the office: supplier reputational checks, issuing assessments/opinions, and completion of related documentation;
  • Review and update of the office's internal policies; providing clarification on policy-related questions;
  • Management of the office's Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) forms;
  • Monitoring signatures of the Adherence to the Office's Securities Trading Policy;
  • Risk analysis when onboarding new clients and new matters (conflict checks);
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets;
  • Interaction with the office's professional liability insurance broker;
  • Monitoring participation in mandatory department trainings;
  • Processing department payment requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting. Preference for candidates with a Law degree;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Organized professional, able to manage deadlines, a high workload, and email correspondence;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Discretion and ethical conduct.
