About the role

  • Professional for strategic legal advice on data protection, privacy and compliance at Unimed. Involves implementing LGPD programs and engaging with business areas for compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the design, implementation and continuous improvement of privacy, LGPD and compliance programs (PNGPPD)
  • Draft legal opinions, guidance and legal documents related to data protection, integrity and privacy legislation
  • Support projects from a Privacy by Design perspective
  • Interact with business areas and focal points to strengthen privacy culture
  • Conduct personal data mapping and monitor action plans of the individual Unimed entities (Singulares)
  • Support vendor/supplier management, including compliance reviews and due diligence
  • Conduct training, workshops and awareness activities on LGPD, ethics and compliance
  • Support the LGPD Committee and handle incident management and data subject requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Postgraduate degree in Data Protection/Privacy (LGPD) or Compliance
