About the role
- Junior Analyst handling billing processes for national and international clients at a Brazilian law firm. Involves reporting, client coordination, and complex invoicing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for clients (national and international) of higher complexity, composing text that translates the information reported in the timesheet;
- Report international billing information using clients' electronic systems (e-billing systems);
- Provide support to international clients;
- Advise partners, lawyers and interns regarding timesheet charges, analyzing the best approach for making entries to ensure clear understanding by the client;
- Assist partners with requests to prepare and review summary/statement reports;
- Prepare control reports related to the billing area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields;
- Experience in Billing and with pre-invoicing in service companies (law firms, accounting firms, audit firms, etc.);
- Intermediate Office Suite skills (Excel and Outlook);
