Seamlessly integrate into agile project teams, effectively taking on roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business/Process Analyst
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions by engaging with stakeholders and managing the organizational impacts of transformations
Requirements
Master’s degree or assimilated
Experience or strong interest in the finance/banking industry
Preferably some experience in a sales or commercial environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluent in French and Dutch
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools
