About the role

  • Conduct initial reviews of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other commercial agreements for compliance and risk assessment.
  • Monitor and triage incoming legal requests and communications.
  • Forward legal tasks to appropriate team members based on subject matter and urgency.
  • Maintain and update the legal intake system to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) to support legal needs.

Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited university in Bulgaria or the EU.
  • 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in contract law or corporate law.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with legal intake systems or task management tools preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
