Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships and acquire new clients or partners;
Liaise with other departments such as Legal, Marketing, Technology, Maintenance, and others;
Manage the partner portfolio and present the product;
Organize and manage local client accounts, including relationship-building visits;
Customer-focused, delivering excellent service and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
Review contracts, update client records, and resolve issues related to partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
Previous experience in sales and client relationship management, including lead management and meeting targets;
Strong communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to groups;
Ability to handle conflict situations and manage customer complaints;
Enjoy working autonomously and proactively;
A plus: having a personal vehicle for transportation.
