About the role
- Build and maintain relationships and acquire new clients or partners;
- Liaise with other departments such as Legal, Marketing, Technology, Maintenance, and others;
- Manage the partner portfolio and present the product;
- Organize and manage local client accounts, including relationship-building visits;
- Customer-focused, delivering excellent service and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
- Review contracts, update client records, and resolve issues related to partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- Previous experience in sales and client relationship management, including lead management and meeting targets;
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to groups;
- Ability to handle conflict situations and manage customer complaints;
- Enjoy working autonomously and proactively;
- A plus: having a personal vehicle for transportation.
