About the role
- Relationship management and acquisition of new clients or partners;
- Interface with other company areas such as Legal, Marketing, Technology, Maintenance, and others;
- Manage partner portfolio and present the product;
- Organize and manage your clients in the assigned territory, including relationship visits;
- Customer-focused, delivering excellent service, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
- Contract analysis, updating client/partner records, and resolving issues related to partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills — PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
- Previous experience in sales and customer relationship management, lead management, and meeting targets;
- Strong communication skills, public speaking, and delivering presentations to groups;
- Ability to handle conflict situations and manage complaints;
- Comfortable working autonomously and proactively;
- Having a personal vehicle for transportation is a plus.
